Counselling offers individuals, couples and families a safe and confidential space to work through a vast amount of issues or difficulties that they may be faced with.
This may be issues that are causing depression, anxiety, unhappiness or obstructing self personal growth. Counselling is also helpful for couples or families that are incurring problems that are obstructing their relationships together. Counselling can help by viewing these problems and working with them in a way to move forward to lead more fullfilling lives. This may be by dispelling the problem or by coming to terms with each indivuduals life and taking responsibility for your own decisions. Therapy works with the problems to move forward, addressing past and present issues that may be blocking advancing self personal growth or coming to terms with personal life choices.
A few sponsered free places are available for up to 12 sessions for people struggling to access other services. Please contact me for further details.
