Welcome to the ladies lounge.

This is the place where ladies meet to talk, share and invite positive influences into their life.

Many of us juggle work, families and a social life and take on the issues of friends and other family members making our lives seem less important and often unrecognised.

Here is the place for us to be ourselves, say exactly what we feel and share every day stresses with the aim to improve our own self worth, health and potential.

This is not a group to maintain negative thoughts and feelings but to increase our own understanding of ourselves, meet other women, drink coffee and share our experiences to make us feel valued within ourselves and to the outside world.

We all need help and support along the journey of life and this is the place to be.

The meetings are weekly for two hours. If this is of interest to you please contact me for the next meeting and available spaces or to ask any further questions.

The cost is £20 per meeting, this can be paid on the day/evening or a 20% discount is available for a block booking of six weeks in advance, making the total cost of the sessions £96.
