Becoming a parent can be one of the most exciting times of our lives, and yet one of the most scary in terms of how we will be able to cope. Things can go wrong at any time, whether your children are young, adolescent or grown-up. Life changes can affect our parenting skills, such as divorce, bereavement, relocation or a new job.

Being a parent of difficult children can sometimes feel frightening and/or threatening, and often lead to isolation. Therapy can help by someone listening and understanding your unique family circumstances, relationships with each other and the structure it has taken. Once you have the insight to how your family circumstances have formed, you can the learn to impliment boundaries and discipline to raise your children to be happier and more content.
